The hotel's location can be tricky to find, and constant disturbances from large groups made for a less relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel staff very helpful. Room was cleaned to high standard. One of the better hotels i have stayed. As i work in Thailand & having stayed in Hat Yai & Bangkok & also at the ambassador hotel outside pattaya on business, i certainly would use this hotel again. Originally i intended to stay 2 nights but stayed a further night.

It was a functional building, the room was large on the balcony. I appreciated the balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

More pool beds needed!!! Paying to use facilities like the pool table is frustrating, especially with holiday pricing!!! The noise from other guests and maintenance could use some serious attention!!!

The whole room was a decent size and well-appointedwith the balcony, a Queen Size bed plus coffee. An electric kettle and a fridge were provided. The service was great and the food was excellent. The location was good and strategic behind Avenue shopping mall on 2nd Road.

Location is good consider the provided shutter bus to main street at any time even mid night.. Room is very small but still feel comfortable.

The room was not yet avaiable when we checked in, thus we had to left our luggage at receiption for 2 hours and checked around 5PM. The staff not very helpful

The pool area was fantastic! The slides were a hit with the kids, and the dining experience was excellent. The staff was attentive. Shoutout to Lalana and Phet for making my stay special!

mercure hotel is very good location and so kind step. if i going to pattaya i want stay again.

The rooms were large and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and the friendly staff were attentive.

Aircon in public areas such as reception and corridors was poor. ALso too many mosquitos in bar / reception area.

The staff was friendly, nice swimming pool, location okay but you need motorbike or other transport. There is parking space enough in front of hotel.

We had the Family Suite with Bunk Bed. The room was clean and matched the pictures! It included a private bathroom, a tv, and a decent minibar. The kids loved the pool and the water slide! The fitness center was great, and kids' pool made it easy to relax.

Always my first choice in Pattaya for holiday. Comfort room and good price compare with other hotels.

helpful,easy going staff,great room with a view over pool & in a great location! Probably the most comfortable room that i have stayed in & would definately stay again.
